Description

A layered rice dish with marinated meat and fragrant spices, cooked to perfection with saffron-infused basmati rice

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate meat with (yogurt, biryani masala, fried onions, and salt) for as a minimum 2 hours.

  1. Wash and soak rice for half-hour

     

  1. Warm the ghee in a big pot, layer half of the rice, then add the marinated meat.
    .

  1. Add the remaining rice on top and add saffron milk.

  1. Cover and cook on low warmth for 30-40 mins until meat is smooth and rice is completely cooked.

  1. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves before serving
