Description

A colourful combined rice bowl with veggies, egg, meat, and a highly spiced gochujang sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • half cup spinach, sautéed
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned and sautéed
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, julienned and sautéed
  • half cup bean sprouts, blanched
  • half lb beef, sliced and cooked
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Arrange rice in a bowl and neatly layer vegetables, beef, and fried egg on pinnacle.

  2. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.

  3. Serve with gochujang at the side. mix everything before eating.
