A colourful combined rice bowl with veggies, egg, meat, and a highly spiced gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
half cup spinach, sautéed
1/2 cup carrots, julienned and sautéed
1/2 cup zucchini, julienned and sautéed
half cup bean sprouts, blanched
half lb beef, sliced and cooked
2 eggs, fried
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Arrange rice in a bowl and neatly layer vegetables, beef, and fried egg on pinnacle.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Serve with gochujang at the side. mix everything before eating.
