Soak the Basmati rice in water for thirty minutes
70% boil the rice and remove the excessive water by draining it
Add some oil in any pot of your choice, Add fry onions and cook they turns into golden color
Add following (ginger or garlic paste, tomatoes, and biryani masala) in the pot and cool altogether until the oil separates
Now add meat, yogurt, and salt, and cook it until the meat becomes soft.
Add half of the rice in the pot then add meat mixture now add rest of the rice
Add saffron in warm milk and it on the top of rice.
Let it cook for twenty minutes (Cover it properly)
Use coriander and mint leaves for extra decoration purpose
