Description

The first appetizer on our list is none other than classic Italian appetizer which is made of a grilled bread that is topped tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil.

Ingredients
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 medium sized diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of Garlic they should be minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Vinager
  • Freshly Chopped Basil Leaves
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper For taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat make sure to keep checking.

  2. Now slice the bread into thick pieces

  3. Add olive oil on both sides

  4. Place the bread on in oven until it is well cooked

  5. Add Tomatoes, Garlic, Olive oil, Vinegar, Basil, Salt and Pepper in a bowl and mix it well.

  6. Now cast off the bread from grill and allow it to be cool for some time

  7. Now rub garlic clove on the bread’s surface for extra flavor

  8. Top the bread with the mixture you formed in the bowl

  9. Add some fresh basil for toppings
