Description

This is also a curry like dish similar to karahi but is more creamy and soft. It is made in pot

Ingredients
  • One lb of chicken and cut into small pieces
  • Take one cup cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a clay pot, Saute some onions until they turns into golden color and add ginger, garlic paste

  2. Add following ingredients (chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt) and cook these until chicken is browned colored.

  3. Mix in slowly (tomato puree and yogurt) and cook until oil separates from it.

  4. At last add cream and garam masala and cook it for 7 minutes below the boiling point

  5. Add some coriander leaves on the top of prepared dish
