Now coat the chicken cubes into this mixture to marinate them properly

Let it be marinated for overnight or at least for four hours. Make sure to cover it with a plate or plastic wrapper

Make sure to clean the skewers before using them

Now take a single piece of chicken and thread it onto skewer and repeat it until it is full
