    Description

    This is a Chinese traditional dish which is steamed. It is filled with meat, vegetables. Dumplings are well known Chinese Cuisines

    Ingredients
    • dumpling wrappers
    • 250 grams chicken
    • 1 cup cabbage chopped
    • 2 onions
    • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
    • 1 Minced clove of Garlic
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    Instructions
    1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl or pot (except water and Frying oil) a filling mixture will be form.

    2. Take one teaspoon of filling mixture and add it at the center of dumpling wrapper.

    3. Apply water at the edges of dumplings.

    4. Fold the filled dumpling wrapper and then hold the edges and press them all together.

    5. Steam it for ten minutes

    6. You may use sauce of your own choice to eat with.
