Eggs and chopped vegetables baked in muffin tins make a portable and easy

Ingredients
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Fresh Herbs
  • 1/4 cup Spinach
Instructions
  1. Line a muffin tin with ham or spinach.

  2. Crack an egg into each cup

  3. Add salt and pepper and veggies like bell peppers or tomatoes, and chopped Onions.

  4. Bake it for 18 minutes

  5. Add some seasonings and herbs according to your taste and choice
