Description

A classic dish with stir-fried rice, vegetables, and optional meat or egg, seasoned with soy sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken, shrimp, or beef
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok, scramble eggs, and set aside.

     

  2. fry the meat until it is thoroughly cooked, then add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

     

  3. Add (cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper) and mix it well.

     

  4. Mix the scrambled eggs and green onions in it.
