Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken or mutton, cut into pieces
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger,garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • Fresh coriander
Instructions
  1. In a karahi pan, add some oil and cook the ginger or garlic mixture until you sense some scent.

  2. Cook the meat until it turns into golden brown color.

  3. Add the following ingredients (salt, turmeric, coriander powder, tomatoes, and red chili powder) in Karahi.

  4. Keep cooking until oil separates

  5. Cook for a further two to three minutes after adding the green chilies.

  6. Serve hot with roti or naan and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
