Description

These are spicy pancakes made with batter and kimchi. These are eaten on regular basis in Korea and people love it. It is a must try.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi with juice
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup rice floor
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar
  • Frying Oil
Instructions
  1. Make a smooth batter by mixing flour, rice flour, water and egg

  2. Now add chopped kimchi along with juice, green onion and sugar in the batter and stir it.

  3. Warm two tablespoons of oil in a skillet

  4. Add the formed batter in the skillet and spread it to form a thin pancake make sure to spread evenly

  5. Cook it for four minutes on one side and flip it then cook it on other side for four minutes

  6. Remove the pancake and remove extra oil with paper

  7. Cut into desired pieces and eat
