    Description

    An Italian Pasta dish. The pasta is baked with a layer of meat sauce and cheese. The dish is kid favorite

    Ingredients
    • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 can crushed tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 2 cup ricotta cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    Instructions
    1. Take two tablespoons of olive oil and add beef, garlic and onion and saute them

    2. Take tomatoes, Tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper mix it and leave for 20 minutes

    3. Mix ricotta cheese and egg in a bowl

    4. Spread a layer of prepared meat sauce in baking dish

    5. Then add sheets, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, parmesan and prepared sauce and repeat the layering process.

    6. Top it with cheese at the end

    7. Cover it with foil paper and bake it for 25 minutes

      1. After 25 minutes remove foil paper and keep baking for 15 more minutes
