  1. In a karahi pan, warm some of the oil and cook the ginger and garlic paste till it becomes fragrant.

  1. Cook the beef till it turns golden brown.

  1. Add (salt, turmeric, coriander powder, tomatoes, and red chili powder.) 

  1. Cook for a further two to three mins after adding the green chilies

  1. Serve hot with roti or naan and Decorate it with fresh coriander leaves
