Description

A famous Pakistani (Lahori) dish eaten fondly in breakfast and lunch. It is a stew like dish made with beef.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Nihari Masala
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • Fresh ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. In a karahi pan, warm some of the oil and cook the ginger and garlic paste till it becomes fragrant.

  2. Cook the beef till it turns golden brown.

  3. Add (salt, turmeric, coriander powder, tomatoes, and red chili powder.) 

  4. Cook for a further two to three mins after adding the green chilies

  5. Serve hot with roti or naan and Decorate it with fresh coriander leaves
