Add rice noodles in warm water until it tender and the remove the water
Add following (tamarind paste, fish sauce, and sugar) in a bowl and mix it
Heat oil in a skillet, cook shrimp or chicken till finished
Then remove within the same skillet, sauté garlic and tofu until golden.
Push to one side, pour in eggs, and scramble.
Add noodles and tamarind sauce to the skillet, tossing till lightly coated
Mix the bean sprouts, green onions, and cooked shrimp or chicken
Decorate it with peanuts.
