Prawn Toast- I don’t think so there is any more protein rich seafood except prawns. Yes! You heard it correct. Prawns are known for their protein enriched meat. There are many ways to eat prawns but most common one is Prawn Toast. These toasts are topped with a paste like prawn mixture and sesame seeds. A totally appealing and protein enriched appetizer.

    Description

    These toasts are topped with a paste like prawn mixture and sesame seeds. A totally appealing and protein enriched appetizer

    Ingredients
    • 8 slices of white bread with removed crusts
    • properly peeled raw prawns
    • 1 egg and remove yolk from it but keep the white
    • 2 minced clove of garlic
    • 1 tsp tablespoon of grated ginger
    • 1 tsp toy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/4 cup Seasme seeds
    • vegetable oil
    Instructions
    1. Place following ingredients (prawn, egg white, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a blender and blend it until a paste like mixture is formed.

    2. Apply a thin layer of paste on one side of each slice of bread

    3. Dip the side of bread on which prawn paste is applied into the sesame seeds to coat the bread.

    4. Now heat the vegetable oil in a fry pan but it should be deep.

    5. Take slices of bread and cut each into triangles or rectangles (Cut into Quarters)

    6. Dip the prawn paste side of bread into the oil and fry it for 3 minutes each it will turn into golden brown color

    7. After frying the paste side flip the bread and fry the other side for one minute

    8. Remove the extra oil by patting the bread with a paper.

    9. The prawn toast is ready to eat now. Use any dipping sauce like ketchup or mayo for more taste
