Description

Fluffy pancakes flavored with parsley and chives served with a tangy yogurt dip. A savory and unique twist on classic pancakes, perfect for brunch

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 cup Plain yougurt
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
  1. Combine the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, in a mixing bowl along, with some parsley and chives.

  2. Whisk milk and egg; combine with the dry mix.

  3. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet until it turns golden

  4. Mix yogurt and garlic to make dipping sauce
