Description

A chicken or vegetable soup popular in Thai food. The soup also consist of protein enriched shrimps and vegetables. This gives a sour and hot taste to your taste buds.

Ingredients
  • chicken or vegetable broth according to your own need
  • 1 lb properly peeled shrimps
  • 2 smashed lemon grass stalks
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Take some cilantro
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl or any pot of your choice and add following (broth to a boil and add lemongrass, lime leaves, garlic, fish sauce, and chili paste)

  2. Cook it for five minutes keep it below the boiling point

  3. Add mushrooms and cook them until they are soft

  4. Cook the shrimps for five minutes

  5. Add lime juice keep mixing it for a while

  6. Decorate with Cilantro
