Salad is beneficial for health this Vietnamese style salad consist of cucumber, herbs. This salad is beneficial for those who are following a diet plan.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup vermicelli noodles
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumber into long thin ribbons using peeler

  2. Mix carrots, mint leaves, cilantro and noodles.

  3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar and fish sauces until a mixture is formed

  4. Put small portion of filling at one end of cucumber

  5. Roll the cucumber from other end to the filling end and put toothpick to prevent opening.
